Come as you are.
Do what you love.
Become who you want to be
Founders' Fellowship is a 2 year rotational program designed for recent university graduates or young generalists who are hungry to learn and accelerate their careers in a high growth startup.
HOW IT WORKS
You’ll spend the first year training to become subject matter experts on the core operational functions of Clearbanc. This means you’ll be executing, problem solving, and getting scrappy as the front liner of Clearbanc's Operations team. You will go through 3 rotations, spending 4 months in each division:
Customer Support, Payments, Due Diligence.
Taking everything you've learned during your residency, you will have the chance to spend 6 months or 12 months joining 1 or 2 streams across all of Clearbanc including:
Product, Business Strategy, Marketing, and Partnerships
2 Years, 5 Roles
For Founders, By Founders
Turbocharge your career by working alongside people who have built, sold, and scaled businesses before.
Clearbanc is going through an exciting growth phase and we're looking for the right people to help us drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clearbanc's North Star goals.
All fellows receive on-going mentorship, both functional & personal through Clearbanc's different buddy system where they'll get paired up with a senior level exec, senior fellow, and a cross-functional buddy.
WHAT KIND OF CANDIDATES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our fellows will build an elite and well-respected reputation throughout the company, and we help accelerate their growth by providing them the tools and resources they need to jumpstart their careers.
DO YOU HAVE GRIT?
How Scrappy are you?
We're looking for self-starters and fast learners who will not only take ownership of their growth, but have the drive to find a better way of doing things, are eager to help the company move forward, and love jumping in where ever needed.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH CHANGE?
Attitude is everything.
How we choose to react or respond to change is one of the key factors that differentiates us as a team!
We look for individuals that can turn a bad circumstance into a new opportunity and extract learning from any experience to explore new ideas on how to make the next project or activity more beneficial.
ARE YOU COACHABLE?
We are firm believers that learning never stops.
Self-awareness is often a first step to goal setting. We look for individuals who are conscious of what they are good at while acknowledging what they still have yet to learn. This includes admitting when you don't have the answer and owning up to mistakes.
